Most of the power point users have no knowledge regarding insertion of a video into their slides.
Insertion of video makes your presentation in an attractive manner to the spectators.
To insert a video into your presentation,you can follow following steps.
Step 1: Open Microsoft PowerPoint. Select a new slide which supports to insert a video file in it. Click on the icon (Insert Media Clip)
Step 2: Displays a window where your video file is present (by selecting a window either on your desktop or on your local drives)
Note: The file must be in the format of movie files such as .avi ,mpeg,wmv,…….
Select the file an click OK
Step 3: After clicking OK then you will be displayed with a window
Step 4: You can click either automatically or when clicked buttons, the changes can be observed during the slideshow.
Automatically, It generates the video automatically without clicking any buttons,..
When Clicked, Just after clicking a mouse button or else the arrow button in keyboard, the video can be played
There is another option,
To insert a video in a slide, Just by clicking on to insert option and there by clicking on insert video click.
Therefore the video file is successfully uploaded into the slide in PowerPoint and can be played during the slideshow
